Move IE7 Toolbar (Win XP)

FUNCTION:

Move IE7 ToolBar location

After 10+ years of IE (Internet Explorer), Microsoft has decided to move the toolbar down below the address bar. For those in love with the classic feel, this is just too much of a switch. In the beta there was the ability to change the location by adding a key to the registry and it seems to have followed to the new version. This registry modification will move the toolbar to the top of the window.
